With a focus on safety and excellence, you'll have the opportunity to develop your expertise with quality on-the-job training, manufacturer training courses and professional development qualifications. Bring your passion for plumbing and heating to a company that values your growth and success!Responsibilities:<ul><li>Installation Assistance: Actively assist in the installation and commissioning of heat pump systems and the radiator and underfloor heating systems they work withensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and best practices throughout the process.</li><li>Electrical Competence: Increase your knowledge of fundamental electrical principles, enabling the safe installation and maintenance of basic electrical systems related to heating and plumbing.</li><li>Regulatory Knowledge: Building on your plumbing knowledge you will gain a greater understanding of water regulations and low temperature heating systems, ensuring compliance with building requirements.</li><li>Health &amp; Safety: Ensure all work aligns with company and legislative H&amp;S procedures; report on PPE and equipment; complete onsite risk assessments and required training.</li><li>Training: Attend and complete all training courses to a high standard, ensuring skills meet installation requirements.</li><li>Administration: Complete and return all required documentation as directed by the Senior Engineer / Installation Managers.</li><li>General: Stay updated on best practices and technical developments; assist with project, service, and maintenance administration; adhere to Health &amp; Safety and company policies; undertake ad-hoc duties for team and company efficiency.</li></ul>What we’re looking for:<ul><li>Experience: Installing radiators, underfloor heating systems, cylinders and plumbing pipework</li><li>Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Team Player: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Safety Commitment: Adhere to safe working practices.</li><li>Positive Attitude: Display enthusiasm and a positive mental attitude.</li><li>Flexibility: Exhibit patience and a proactive approach.</li></ul>Extra Credit:<ul><li>Minimum of Level 2 Plumbing, Heating or Heat Pump qualification from a recognised awarding body (i.e. City &amp; Guilds, SVQ etc.)</li><li>CSCS or Similar H&amp;S Qualification: Holding a CSCS card or equivalent health and safety qualification, indicating knowledge of site safety protocols.</li></ul>Our Recruitment Process:<ul><li>Initial Call: Start with an introductory call with Hometree Group’s Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to discuss the role and your potential fit.
