Your Role <ul style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-top:0cm;"><li>Supporting the customer journey: Support daily business operations and assist with customer inquiries. Work closely with our Customer Success team on product management tasks and professional services, around BESS.</li><li>Market Research: Investigate the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the energy market, with a focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Investigate how new regulations can impact our customers and open up new business opportunities.</li><li>Implement New Ideas: As a young and agile company, we welcome and value new ideas for improvement in our product and services. Take ownership for such implementations!</li><li>Share Insights on Batteries &amp; Markets: Customers rely on our expertise and trust our recommendations. Your work will have a direct impact on battery operations and their positive effect on the environment.</li><li>Data Analysis: Analyze performance data from battery systems across the globe to uncover actionable insights.</li><li>Professional services: Supporting customers in their journey well before operation of their batteries, with advices during procurement phase.</li></ul> Your Skills <ul style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-top:0cm;"><li>Studies: You are enrolled in a technical degree program with a focus on battery systems, electrical engineering, or energy management.</li><li>Experience &amp; Interest: Ideally, you have first experience with data analytics. You are curious and eager to understand complex systems and networks.</li><li>Software Skills: Profound proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Java is a plus.</li><li>Working Style: Self-driven, well-organized, and structured. You bring initiative and enjoy solving problems independently.</li><li>Personality: Reliable and communicative team player with a passion for innovation and sustainability.</li><li>Languages: Strong communicational skills in English.
