Let’s take a look: <ul><li>Partner with regional leaders to shape and implement effective people strategies.</li><li>Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.</li><li>Support performance management processes and employee development.</li><li>Manage employee relations in line with UK employment law.</li><li>Champion our company culture and drive employee engagement.</li><li>Oversee HR operations, policies, and ensure compliance with UK regulations and GDPR.</li><li>Collaborate on recruitment efforts and enhance employer branding.</li><li>Lead change initiatives and foster adaptability across teams.</li></ul>That`s about it! Your profile We want to make sure you feel happy in your position, therefore, it would be great if you have the following personal background:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and HR Operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK labor laws and employment practices.</li><li>Proven stakeholder management across countries or business units.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>English C1–C2; other European languages are a plus.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and data-driven mindset.</li><li>High integrity, confidentiality, and strong change leadership skills.</li></ul> Why us?
