Your profile We want to make sure you feel happy in your position, therefore, it would be great if you have the following personal background:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and HR Operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK labor laws and employment practices.</li><li>Proven stakeholder management across countries or business units.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>English C1–C2; other European languages are a plus.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and data-driven mindset.</li><li>High integrity, confidentiality, and strong change leadership skills.</li></ul> Why us?
