Reporting to the Brand Activations and Design Manager, the Marking Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development, execution and measurement of all day-to-day brand and return point marketing for TOMRA’s QLD &amp; WA networks. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator, is responsible for the creation, scheduling and posting of online content across TOMRA Social Media channels. The main duties of this role may include:<ul><li>Assisting with the promotion of new and under-performing TOMRA return points, including marketing signage, local area activations &amp; campaigns, local awareness and all related consumer communication.</li><li>Supporting the Brand Activations and Design Manager with the planning, development, execution, and reporting process for all local area marketing activities.</li><li>Create compelling copy for brochures/print marketing collateral &amp; website content.</li><li>The coordination of design, print and installation of site signage. </li><li>Maintaining on-going relationships with external agencies and key external stakeholders. </li><li>Liaising with TOMRA field &amp; depot teams to ensure marketing compliance. </li><li>Collaboration with stakeholders and the Marketing Director to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and approval to all material by the scheme coordinator. </li><li>Oversee the end-to-end Social Media marketing process. Including, creating posting schedule, creating content, posting to all TOMRA social media channels and arranging paid ads. </li></ul>This position is a fixed-term (12-month) contract.
