AECOM is actively seeking a bright and highly motivated Senior Project Manager for employment in our New York, NY office.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects, with a focus on healthcare facility construction.</li><li>Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.</li><li>Consistently delivers profit margins planned and optimizes project financial performance.</li><li>Consistently completes projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion.</li><li>Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors) and develops strategies to mitigate risks.</li><li>Manages complex clients and projects, particularly in active healthcare facilities.</li><li>Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.</li><li>Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.</li><li>Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.</li><li>Develops and implements project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.</li><li>Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in healthcare facility construction.</li><li>Coordinates with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations during construction.</li><li>Leads contract negotiations and manages client relationships to secure future projects.</li></ul>
