<ul><li>Prepare cost estimate from feasibility studies / pre-concept to detailed design stage.</li><li>Interpret and do taking off from architectural / engineering / interior design drawings and specifications for cost estimate.</li><li>Analyse and reconcile cost movement between various design stages.</li><li>Prepare tender documents including frontend and pricing schedule.</li><li>Evaluation of tender returns.</li><li>Administer post contract for construction works which includes to estimate for changes, assess variation orders, prepare interim valuations and close Final Account.</li><li>Provide advices on contractual claims.</li><li>Mentor junior QS staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>
