In this pivotal role, you will lead our quality management initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of product and process excellence across our organization.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and processes</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement</li><li>Analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements</li><li>Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste</li><li>Conduct regular quality audits and oversee the management of non-conformances</li><li>Present quality performance reports to senior management and stakeholders</li><li>Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees at all levels</li><li>Stay current with industry best practices and emerging quality management technologies</li></ul>
