You will join our Global Energy team, as well as our local Swedish community within Ramboll Management Consulting, working with Ramboll’s key clients in the Energy space.  The role  As a Manager/Senior Manager in the Global Energy team, you will work in the front line, helping Energy companies develop strategies and solutions to pursue opportunities and tackle the complexity of the energy transition.  The role involves working with local and global clients, leading strategy projects, ensuring further development and success in developing energy transformation &amp; strategies across the private and public sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the wider Ramboll community, integrating technical, sustainability and resilience expertise into project execution. In doing so you will drive successful transformation to create value for clients. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: <ul><li>Driving opportunities, growth and development in Power systems, Power-to-X, flexibility and balancing, BESS, CCUS and similar areas leading activities in Sweden and the Northern European Market. </li><li>Strengthening our business strategy capabilities with a dedicated focus on energy utilities. </li><li>Leading strategic assignments, such as market entry strategies, market assessments, business case assessments, energy system transition roadmaps, investment prioritization, or policy and regulatory assessments. </li><li>Key account management and business development </li><li>Building long-term client relations, utilizing Ramboll’s existing Key Account setup and your own network to expand and deepen client relationships. </li><li>Further build and develop the team, including coaching, mentoring, and capability building and driving career development for junior team members </li><li>Ensuring project delivery with a focus on client management, quality assurance, and building deep, long-term relationships that position Ramboll as the strategic partner. </li><li>Collaborating with Ramboll’s engineering, sustainability, resilience and EHS experts to bring technical depth and deliver integrated, cross-disciplinary energy transition solutions </li></ul>From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
