Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead design, development, and maintenance of MV electrical solutions in cooperation with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers</li><li>Customer focus on managing a future-proof portfolio of MV systems, Protection philosophies and relevant equipment ensuring quality, cost, and timeliness accountability</li><li>Drive the MV systems development with a strong focus on advanced data and digital capabilities</li><li>Update technology and secure needed technical support to stakeholders’ community (e.g. Sales and Delivery Projects)</li><li>Actively maintain and develop field installation experience follow-up and continuous improvements</li><li>Establish and maintain cooperation with system experts, product owners, and product managers </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>MSc or BSc (Electrical/relevant engineering discipline) with 5+ years of relevant working experience</li><li>Hands-on technical knowledge about MV systems/equipment (e.g., Switchgear, protection relays)</li><li>Knowledge of short circuit studies and fault current analysis in MV systems, with an understanding of protection coordination principles</li><li>Knowledge of relevant compliance and industry standards including safety</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent planning and execution skills</li><li>Positive, results-driven and team player</li><li>Effective communication skills in an international and multicultural environment</li><li>Fluent in written, spoken, and presentation skills in English</li></ul> Skills seen as benefit: <ul><li>Energy market understanding</li><li>Knowledge of industrial control, communication protocols, and grid codes</li><li>Mainstream vendors/OEMs and product know-how</li><li>Experience in performing start-up, troubleshooting, and commissioning support</li><li>Agile methodologies and mindset</li></ul> Why you and us?  You are valuated – as your true self.
