GOFO delivers not only parcels but reliability, efficiency, and peace of mind — at every stage of the local delivery journey.</p><h2>Tasks</h2><ul><li>Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.</li><li>Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.</li><li>Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency.</li><li>Aid in identifying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to reduce risks and costs.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Must have a valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands.</li><li>0-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or distribution center environment.
