<p style="text-align:inherit;"><br><br> </p><div>The Financial Analyst will be responsible in reconciling the company’s bank accounts, providing treasury support, and performing month-end closing tasks as required.<br> </div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Reconcile various bank accounts and other general ledger accounts assigned.</li><li>Investigate discrepancies and clear any outstanding bank transactions.</li><li>Monitor and escalate reconciliation issues with relevant stakeholders (internal or external).</li><li>Maintain matrix of account reconciliations and ensure that all reconciliations are prepared, reviewed, and received by the due dates.</li><li>Prepare and post month-end journal entries as needed.</li><li>Generate month-end reports and analysis as required.</li><li>Provide prompt responses to stakeholders (internal or external) for all inquiries.</li><li>Prepare audit and special request reports as needed.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:</b></p><ul><li>Four-year degree in accounting</li><li>Relevant accounting designation preferred.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable preferred.</li><li>1-2 years of experience with Workday or Great Plains preferred.</li><li>High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office and cash management tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and current accounting practices.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional manner.</li></ul></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit;"><br><br> </p><p>We thank you for your interest.
