What You Will Do<ul><li>Prepare month end journal entries</li><li>Assist in daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting</li><li>Assist in creating work instructions for the Finance Team</li><li>Assist in bi-weekly payroll processes</li><li>Improve inventory control documentation including cycle count adherence, root cause identification and action plans</li><li>Continuous improvement of special projects in a real-world manufacturing setting.</li></ul>How You Will Do It<ul><li>Utilizing Accounting Software (i.e. SAP, OneStream, Excel)</li><li>Partnering with supply chain to ensure cycle counting is completed including follow-up for adjustments outside of tolerance and improve receipt accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Implementing weekly monitoring of adherence to cycle count policies.</li><li>Participating in month-end close activities and analysis/reporting of results.</li><li>Working with the Plant Finance Team identifying process gaps or inefficiency and implementing improvement.</li></ul>What We Look For<ul><li>Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university</li><li>Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.</li><li>Duration: Summer 2026.
