The role involves leading complex projects and mentoring team members using advanced engineering expertise.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Lead initiatives and establish methods to maximize utilization of production facilities, equipment, and workforce.</li><li>Drive facility layout planning and design to enhance operational flow and productivity.</li><li>Conduct time studies, cycle time analysis, and line balancing to enhance the process efficiency</li><li>Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement strategies.</li><li>Analyze cycle times and remove production bottlenecks.</li><li>Apply value stream mapping and other industrial engineering tools to optimize processes.</li><li>Perform line balancing for optimal workload distribution.</li><li>Design and deploy jigs, fixtures and tools to boost safety and efficiency.</li><li>Improve ergonomics and human factors across workstations and production lines</li><li>Work and implement process automation and AI solution for mistake proofing.</li><li>Manage end-to-end vendor processes from selection to payment.</li><li>Work hands-on with SAP (preferably S/4HANA).
