You will ensure that processes and procedures are continuously improved and aligned with the company’s long-term vision and manufacturing strategy. You will lead and participate in improvement projects and initiatives, while supporting and guiding production organizations in applying best practices, enhancing quality and efficiency. In this role, you’ll be side by side with our production teams, taking a hands-on approach to making improvements happenA key part of your responsibilities will be advancing the maturity and consistency of ICEYE’s Production Framework in our manufacturing sites. This includes embedding standardized processes, fostering effective performance measurement, and promoting continuous improvement practices across global operations.
