This role requires a strong software engineering background combined with expertise in data storage, processing, and architecture. You will be a vital part of a data-dependent operation, ensuring raw data is transformed into a usable format for engineers, data analysts, scientists, and machine learning engineers.<ul> <li>Data pipeline development: Design, construct, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines, often using Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) or Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT) processes to move data from various sources to a data archives. </li><li>Data infrastructure management: Configure and manage the underlying infrastructure, which can include databases (SQL and NoSQL), data warehouses, and distributed computing frameworks. </li><li>Data modeling and architecture: Design the data models, schemas, and database structures that support analytical and operational use cases.
