Spark Power (USA) LLC, Fort Worth, TX seeks Director of Finance - Responsible for the regional accounting, planning and reporting, analysis and day-to-day financial support for their respective Business Unit/Region within the technical services industry and commercial Renewables industry. Ensure consistent application of key accounting policies and procedures in accordance with Corporate-set accounting guidelines. Develop and maintain a system of internal controls to ensure that all business risks are identified and mitigated in a cost-effective manner. Use of Oracle NetSuite, front and backend capabilities and features including ability to run and edit scripts for revenue recognition and intercompany entries and eliminations, as well as run migration and MJC metrics through the system and interpret the results to ensure financial systems and processes are robust and support current activities as well as future growth. Responsible for all planning and analysis activities and deliverables, including month end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and in-depth analysis to identify key performance opportunities/challenges and working with FP&amp;A and the Adaptive Insights tool and present that information to operational stakeholders that drive action. Manage cash flow for their respective Business Unit, with a particular focus on maintaining Accounts Receivable current and managing key vendor/supplier payables. Working in renewables and operations and maintenance business in electrical services while conducting analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives. Collect, interpret, and provide reporting on key financial data to executive leadership, including management reporting and key operational KPI’s to include running and customizing reports for uses across the business and troubleshoot issues and errors in the system based on use of NetSuite data. Support the EVP of the regional business unit, as well as other key regional business leaders including Regional Director of Operations with applicable requirements to include speaking to customers and stakeholders as it relates to O&amp;M contract obligations, project scope, bonuses related to availability and performance, as well as the Fixed Bid and Time and Material job requirements and associated costs to complete work on any given scope within the renewables and technical services function. Effectively manage, mentor, coach, and train current team and new employees.  Requires Bachelor’s (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or closely related, CPA and five (5) yrs. (post-degree, progressive) experience in Job Offered or related.
