Sales Coordinator

We want you to have a sense of belonging and feel valued for your contributions and the perspectives you bring.&nbsp;Summary:&nbsp; The Sales Coordinator provides essential support to the sales team throughout the tendering and proposal process, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality bid submissions. This role is responsible for compiling information from multiple resources to prepare proposals, maintaining sales systems and documentation, and assisting with event coordination.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>Supports the sales team during the tendering process, including gathering, organizing, and formatting content for bid documents and proposals.</li><li>Compiles technical, financial, and contractual information from multiple resources into cohesive, professional submissions.</li><li>Manages and updates sales tracking spreadsheets, internal databases, and the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).</li><li>Coordinates and plans sales-related events, including client meetings, workshops, and internal team events.</li><li>Prepares, maintains, and updates sales materials, presentations, and templates.</li><li>Ensures compliance with company standards, client requirements, and submission deadlines during proposal preparation.</li><li>Coordinates with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance, etc.) to gather required information for proposals and prepare the cost assumptions for proposals.</li><li>Supports the sales team with administrative tasks such as document formatting, scheduling, and reporting.</li><li>Maintains accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and proposal outcomes.</li><li>Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.</li><li>Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies &amp; Procedures.</li><li>Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.</li><li>Performs spare parts and O&amp;M sales, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating delivery.</li><li>Performs market intelligence analysis.</li><li>Implements and maintains commercial metrics (KPIs).</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Safety:&nbsp;<ul><li>Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action.&nbsp; Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.</li><li>Ensures that safety is the most important function, follows safe practices while working.</li><li>Reinforces safe behaviors and eliminates “at risk” behaviors.</li><li>Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.</li><li>Ensures Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) occurs before scopes of work commence.</li><li>Adheres to and understands standard operating procedures.</li><li>Receives job- and task-specific training prior to work commencing.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications: <ul><li>Associate’s degree required.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.</li><li>3+ years of Engineering, Construction or Finance experience preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable managing spreadsheets and databases.</li><li>Experience with CMMS or CRM systems preferred.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in documentation.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.</li><li>Domestic travel 5-15%</li></ul>&nbsp;Anticipated base salary range:&nbsp;$68,000&nbsp;- $85,000&nbsp;The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.&nbsp;RES offers benefits that are effective first day of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.
