Essential Functions: • Supervise and lead a team of three accounts payable associates, providing guidance and performance evaluations. • Assist with 1099 Preparation. • Monitor the AP inbox and OCR process. • Handle vendor email escalation. • Assist with vendor maintenance, additions, changes, and fraud prevention process. • Oversee the recording of vendor payments and approvals for the AP Associates. • Manage the workload of employees. • Prepare a weekly list of unpaid invoices for all legal entities and determine payments to be made based on funds availability, working closely with the Treasury Department. • Review the weekly duplicate invoice report. • Oversee the Concur process. • Perform additional tasks assigned by the AP Manager.
