This role works closely with HR, business stakeholders, and learning teams to translate enterprise priorities into a clear, actionable development roadmap.This manager will play a key role in supporting executive development initiatives for the most senior leaders, as well as designing and managing enterprise-wide high potential programs that build a strong leadership pipeline.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the development and activation of the enterprise learning and leadership strategy aligned to business and workforce goals</li><li>Engage with stakeholders to gather the voice of the customer and ensure ongoing socialization of talent development strategies</li><li>Establish and lead a senior Talent Council to guide enterprise development offerings</li><li>Lead the coordination, design, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide high potential programs and leadership pipeline initiatives</li><li>Partner on the design and implementation of executive development experiences in partnership with senior HR and external partners</li><li>Maintain and evolve the enterprise learning roadmap, helping sequence work based on impact, readiness, and resource availability</li><li>Align closely with teams responsible for learning design, delivery, and platforms to ensure execution matches intent</li><li>Serve in a strategic facilitation role for enterprise leadership programs (mid level and above), ensuring discussion and outcomes align with organizational priorities</li><li>Track progress and outcomes of key initiatives, using data to inform decision making</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate them into our strategies</li><li>Manage the talent development budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization</li></ul>Required/Basic Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in business or other related degree</li><li>In addition to bachelor’s degree, five (5) years minimum of related work experience</li></ul>Desired Qualifications<ul><li>Master's degree preferred</li><li>Ten (10) or more years of experience in a corporate talent development, organization and executive development, and learning strategy</li><li>Proven track record leading enterprise development initiatives, including at the executive level</li><li>Strong ability to connect business needs with enterprise talent solutions</li><li>Experience with executive and high potential programs</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills across senior stakeholders</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive complex projects forward</li><li>Familiarity with learning frameworks, leadership development, and strategic planning tools</li><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to long-term strategy development</li><li>Excellent people manager skills: ability to direct, empower, lead, and hold employees accountable</li><li>Ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization</li><li>Ability to manage multiple and competing projects to assist in improving the organization’s capability</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Hybrid mobility classification - work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
