This role combines precision, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to support three critical areas: high-volume and high-complexity interview scheduling, accurate and timely payroll administration, and seamless company event execution.This is a hands-on, highly visible role that directly enables our team to scale and support a growing workforce effectively. By managing essential operational HR processes, the People Team Coordinator will facilitate how Antora lives out our core values every day - putting Team &amp; Mission First, Building with Openness &amp; Humility, and Connecting through Joy &amp; Laughter.  It’s a unique opportunity to sit at the heart of a fast-moving organization, build strong cross-functional relationships, and contribute to our mission to stop climate change for the good of humanity.  <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>Interview Coordination &amp; Candidate Experience<ul><li>Schedule and manage high-volume, complex interview agendas across a wide array of job types ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.</li><li>Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.</li><li>Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to manage changes and ensure timely feedback.</li><li>Support executive-level searches by coordinating complex schedules and candidate logistics.</li><li>Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse ATS and drive improvements and AI automations to our scheduling workflows.</li></ul>Payroll Administration &amp; Support<ul><li>Administer end-to-end payroll operations in partnership with payroll providers, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.</li><li>Process timecard adjustments, missed/inaccurate submissions, garnishments, benefit audits, and bonus processing.</li><li>Partner with leaders to validate and adjust timecard submissions as needed.</li><li>Work diligently with teammates to troubleshoot and resolve their payroll discrepancies in collaboration with Finance and UKG support.</li><li>Maintain organized and compliant payroll records.</li></ul>People Operations &amp; Event Coordination<ul><li>Support new-hire pre-boarding and onboarding logistics including UKG profile setup, IT equipment, and Day 1 orientation experience.</li><li>Coordinate company events and teammate / employee-resource-group engagement activities.</li><li>Own task-level execution for event logistics including catering, vendor coordination, and communications.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across People Operations workflows.</li></ul><h3>Key Qualifications (Must-Haves)</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or Payroll Administrator in a fast-paced, partnership-oriented environment.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume of competing priorities effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated aptitude in attention to detail, data accuracy, and operational follow-through.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of leaders, employees, and candidates.</li><li>A customer service mindset and calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.</li></ul><h3>Highly Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience supporting both recruiting operations and payroll administration</li><li>Expertise with Greenhouse (ATS) and UKG (HRIS)</li><li>Prior experience in both hardware technology engineering and manufacturing, production, or similar high-volume hiring environment</li><li>Demonstrated passion for clean energy, climate technology, or mission-driven work</li><li>Experience coordinating events and employee engagement activities in growing organizations</li></ul>Work Location:  Onsite - San Jose, CAHourly Pay Rate Range:  $45 USD - $55 USDPlease note that the compensation range listed above reflects Antora Energy's estimated pay for this position.
