She is a passionate and humble leader who has a human first approach to business.</div><div><br></div><div>As a business in 2025, we have been named a AFR Sustainability Leader within the Banking and Finance category and won the inaugural Sustainability Award at the Affies in 2024!</div><br><br><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead the timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports for all entities, including consolidation entries.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.</li><li>Review and enhance balance sheet reconciliations to ensure they effectively highlight control weaknesses or anomalies.</li><li>Review and ensure accuracy of tax calculations and returns across Income Tax, GST, FBT, Payroll Tax, and PAYG.</li><li>Manage the monthly payroll process and ensure compliance with employment tax obligations.</li><li>Oversee the Accounts Payable function and contribute to the optimisation of accounting system configurations.</li><li>Develop and maintain accounting procedures and ensure documentation of key accounting policies aligns with relevant standards.</li><li>Provide explanatory analysis for material variances against budget or historical trends.</li><li>Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure the FinPower loan management system is accurately configured and functioning effectively.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and advisors to support audit readiness and compliance.</li><li>Partner with the Funding team to ensure compliance with accounting policies for securitisation warehouses and debt facilities.</li><li>Establish and monitor policies for new debt facilities, including public issuances.</li><li>Oversee trust account reporting and cash flow analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and position tracking.</li></ul><h3>What You'll Bring</h3><ul><li>Must have experience in the banking or financial services sector or Big 4 accounting firms in a listed and/or regulated environment </li><li>A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience</li><li>Must have experience in managing Loan Management Systems.</li><li>Skilled with systems implementation and strong technical accounting experience highly regarded.</li><li>Experience in treasury or funding facilities (including securitisation) is essential.</li><li>Strong documentation skills, including writing policies and procedures.</li><li>Skilled operator and thrives in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating curiosity and ability to engage across a broad range of internal stakeholders.</li><li>Broad tax knowledge is essential</li><li>Exceptional Excel skills </li><li>Tableau or similar database experience is highly advantageous</li></ul><h3>What's in it for you?</h3><ul><li>Flexible working arrangements to suit individual needs and a hybrid work model.
