The Drafter is responsible for creating technical drawings and specifications for products and machinery used in the manufacturing process.<div>General Responsibilities • Develops precise drawings and prints for manufacturing equipment, tools, and products based on the specifications provided by engineers and product designers. • Utilizes computer-aided design (CAD) software to create, modify, and update technical drawings and schematics. • Creates detailed assembly instructions and diagrams to guide the manufacturing process, ensuring all parts and components fit together correctly. • Works closely with mechanical engineers, industrial designers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and meet project specifications. • Includes detailed information on materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes in the drawings to ensure that production teams have all the necessary information. • Verifies that the final product meets the design specifications and quality standards by conducting quality checks and inspections. • Maintains detailed records of all design changes and revisions to ensure accurate documentation and traceability.
