Train and mentor maintenance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.<h1>Qualifications:</h1>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred. 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
