This position will serve as the system's "owner" and technical subject matter expert for the ChargePoint HRIS systems. This role is crucial as it optimizes the use of UKG, Workday, Greenhouse, and new systems to be implemented across our entire organization. The responsibilities include ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and proper use of information within the system. The position also entails reporting, system integration, security administration, configuration, testing, UX, and business process design. The individual in this role will report to the Sr. Manager of IT and act as an SME with the HR, Payroll, and other teams to offer support for technology and reporting needs. They will also facilitate change management and system adoption, and draft end-user documentation and training whenever necessary.
