The ideal candidate has operational experience with manufacturing at scale, strong business acumen, a continuous improvement mentality, excellent coaching and motivational skills. Experience with advanced manufacturing, composites, aerospace, and/or defense technology are a plus. Prior P&amp;L experience is also preferred, as is experience working in a complex environment that includes front-end engineering customer designs and requirements for production.</p><h2><strong>What you get to do</strong></h2><ul><li>Lead the continued build out of manufacturing and engineering capabilities to support growth. This includes being able to take design concepts and customer requirements all the way to highly efficient high-volume production.</li><li>Manage the P&amp;L - develop budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics, giving regular updates on progress and critical path items.
