We’re a fast-growing, global company building the world’s best clean energy products to electrify all homes and connect communities to form clean, resilient virtual power plants.On a given day at Lunar, you’ll likely…<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, offer negotiation and closing on all assigned roles</li><li>Weekly meetings with hiring teams to ensure consistent feedback loop throughout the hiring process</li><li>Partnership with the hiring managers that you support, well beyond a service. Offer counsel on roles, hiring decisions, salaries, etc.</li><li> Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency</li><li>Collect, analyze, and deliver data, feedback and action items to improve the overall hiring process at Lunar</li><li>Manage our ATS to ensure that all data is clean, candidates are in the right stage, and communicated the appropriate information for each step</li><li>Active participant as a member of the Lunar hiring team; including but not limited to attendance at meetups, company events, hiring events, etc.</li><li>Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and projects as needed</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>2+ years of corporate recruiting or staffing agency experience</li><li>Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent</li><li>Experience in recruiting engineers, manufacturing, supply chain setting</li><li>High quality recruiting experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 10+ technical requisitions</li><li>Robust understanding of full-cycle recruiting</li><li>Excellent and proven customer service experience and skills</li><li>Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends</li><li>Familiar use of sourcing tools and techniques</li><li>Strong experience using an ATS to build talent pipelines, metrics and sourcing strategies (Greenhouse experience is a plus!)</li></ul>Our DE&amp;I Philosophy: Lunar Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
