Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Real Estate &amp; Construction EMEA, you will manage and oversee all capital projects in EMEA and support global projects in collaboration with our US based Construction Manager. Additional responsibilities such as fire code compliance and other essential building, electrical, and occupancy codes will also be part of the scope of this role. You’ll partner with Trust &amp; Safety to create and implement internal-facing SOPs.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, global environments. Your ability to optimize budgets, streamline processes and solve challenges in real time will directly shape the spaces that power our operations.If you’re passionate about real estate, operations, and building spaces that enable business success, we’d love to hear from you.<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul style=""><li>Manage Construction Projects from Start to Finish: Oversee planning, design coordination, permitting, procurement, scheduling, construction, and project close-out.</li><li>Deliver High-Quality Spaces: Ensure fit-outs and renovations meet functional, operational, and aesthetic standards, while staying on budget and schedule.</li><li>Manage Vendors &amp; Contractors: Source, evaluate, and oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure safety, quality, and performance.</li><li>Own Budgets &amp; Schedules: Develop and track financial and time targets, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies.</li><li>Ensure Compliance &amp; Safety: Guarantee adherence to local building codes, permits, zoning, and environmental/safety regulations.</li><li>Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Ops, Finance, and cross-functional partners to align construction projects with business goals.</li><li>Standardize &amp; Scale Practices: Apply best practices and repeatable processes to improve efficiency and consistency across markets.</li><li>Track &amp; Report Performance: Monitor key metrics (cost, timeline, quality) and provide transparent reporting to leadership.</li><li>Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce costs, shorten timelines, and enhance sustainability.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul style=""><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5+ years’ experience managing construction or real estate projects in EMEA or North America, preferably in fast-paced, operationally complex environments.</li><li>Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, advanced Excel/Google Sheets; data visualization</li><li>Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, with proven ability to work alongside Finance, Ops, IT, and Real Estate teams.</li><li>Confident problem-solver, able to balance immediate needs with long-term strategy.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with cultural fluency across multiple regions.</li><li>Multilingual (Spanish, French or German a strong plus).</li><li>Willingness to travel (~15–20%) to warehouses and project sites for implementation and standardization.</li></ul>#LI-Hybrid#LI-EH1If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
