Position Summary: Redaptive is seeking a Business Development Associate - Structured Finance. This position will aid in the deployment of project financing for nationwide energy efficiency, renewable energy and resiliency projects for customers across commercial, industrial, municipal, healthcare and higher education sectors. Reporting directly to the Manager of Indirect Sales, in this role you will work closely with Redaptive’s sales, credit and legal teams to structure unique project financing programs for our customers. A successful Business Development Associate will gain experience working on both, sales pipeline development (origination) as well as the deployment of already contracted projects (program management).
