We enable large C&amp;I companies and Hospitals meet ambitious energy conservation and sustainability goals while increasing their ability to impact consumption, cost, emissions, compliance, and more.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.</li><li>Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.</li><li>Proactively identify and qualify potential leads from Outbound and Inbound sources.</li><li>Develop an ongoing understanding of Sustainability, Energy Conservation, and all things related to Redaptive’s mission.</li><li>Research and define key targets in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Originations.</li><li>Perform ongoing analysis for action and review of ongoing efforts that generate quota retirement and success.</li><li>Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams.</li><li>Place cold calls into new business accounts every day.</li><li>Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps</li><li>Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities</li><li>Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proven ability to turn objections into opportunities for Redaptive.</li><li>Enrich your work, and the experiences of our customers, with everyday learnings about the marketplace we live in.</li><li>Remain results driven within every effort that is made.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.</li><li>Basic understanding of the industry and products/services offered</li><li>This role will require an individual to operate from 7 pm IST to 4 am IST.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>5+ years of sales experience, with a history of achieving MBO or Quota targets for a US-based organisation.</li><li>Experience with Fortune 500 (or selling to US-based hospital systems) or building, facilities, or energy sectors is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or marketplace experience at a top performing company.</li></ul>Redaptive is an equal opportunity employer.
