<p>AECOM is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our San Diego office. The Senior Technical Coordinator will support a large airport program and work as part of an integrated team. Primary scope includes landside ground access elements of the Airport Development Program; may also include other areas such as airside components.</p><ul><li>Conduct the Design Review process for all project related deliverables with stakeholders, including but not limited to organizing stakeholder engagement process, review comment process, page turn process and comment reconciliation process.</li><li>Organize weekly design reviews with stakeholders including but not limited to preparing presentations, meeting with designers and contractors and presenting them to stakeholders in collaboration with designers and contractors. Participate in project coordination and design review meetings to identify interfaces and coordination requirements.</li><li>Prepare project specific scopes of work for all consultants in collaboration with client staff.</li><li>Support in developing the Project budgets, cost estimates and project schedules.</li><li>Review all design and deliverables, bid packages, contract documents and design changes, submittals, and RFIs related to the trade package’s coordination and conformance to the project/ program requirements.</li><li>Monitor design and construction progress against the project parameters.</li><li>Address Operations and Maintenance issues in the design, including issues that may interfere with operations or maintainability of facilities and utilities.</li><li>Review design documents for compliance with client A&amp;E Requirements, guidelines and standards.</li><li>Compile and maintain project records and documents including for coordination with other departments and agencies.</li><li>Assist in preparation of project data and information for Authority management and external governmental communication.</li><li>Review and monitor to ensure RFIs, submittals, and field changes are addressed in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist in compiling the bid packages, bid review and award recommendation of work authorization packages/GMP.</li><li>Attend pre-bid conferences, bid openings, pre-construction, safety, and construction progress meetings.</li><li>Provide support in preparation and distribution of meeting announcements and meeting notes.</li><li>Support in the project close-out and in case of warranty work needed.</li><li>Contribute to the advancement of ADC’s goals through commitment to productive collaboration with all stakeholders</li></ul>
