We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer specializing in Dry Utilities to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of dry utility systems, including power distribution and telecommunications infrastructure for various projects in the region.Job Duties:<ul><li>Ability to manage a design and approval process interfacing with the project team, Clients and Stakeholders In-depth and strong understanding of Abu Dhabi/Dubai/UAE/ KSA and Qatar Authority Guidelines is a must</li><li>Experienced in BIM In-depth understanding of relevant software is a must, Revit knowledge is additional.</li><li>Understanding from Concept master plan stage to Detailed Master Plan in terms of utility corridor space proofing, ROW, coordination with wet, roads, transportation, landscape and building teams</li><li>Develop Master plan report, derive demand load calculations, tie in point requirements, Full understanding of dry utilities and infrastructure projects from Concept to IFC stage</li><li>Strong infrastructure engineering background with previous experience on infrastructure projects Understanding of the requirements for primary substations, HV corridor, Block work distribution substations, pocket substations, feeder pillars and service turrets, MV up to 33kV , LV networks, calculations, report writing skills</li><li>Telecommunication infrastructure Network Design including ducts, manholes and knowledge of GSM tower coverage requirements</li><li>Design of Street Lighting for all type of roads, ROW, Lighting Calculations, SLDs, Load schedules, landscape lighting branch wiring etc.,</li><li>Coordination with all local authorities of Middle East</li><li>Prepare Clarifications to Contractor RFIs, Review/approve any key technical submittals related to electrical works and dry utilities(if required)</li><li>Work towards digitalization skills, innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams and projects</li><li>Using leadership skills to build and nurture relationships and also creating effective working environments</li><li>Able to manage multiple teams with diverse backgrounds on geographically and culturally diverse teams</li></ul>
