With offices in eight states across the country and a growing workforce of over 700 employees, ION Solar is providing a simple, affordable way for homeowners to switch to solar.</p><p>Special Services Coordinator contributes to Ion Solar by assisting Ion Solar customers and sales representatives with special services related to the solar process such as third-party contracted work, electrical service upgrades, and financing change orders.</p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate any issues or changes to the project or system to the sales representative</li><li>Answer inbound questions from customers</li><li>Process financial changes and retrieve new contract documents to adjust contract pricing</li><li>Work with our loan providers to coordinate changes in the loan term or price.</li><li>Assist sales representatives in modifying the system once the contract is signed.</li><li>Coordinate scheduling of contracted work between customers and contractors</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li><li>Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required</li><li>Customer service experience required</li><li>Solar experience preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><p>Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.</p><p>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
