If you are prepared to work in an exciting and rewarding environment, we look forward to considering your experience and qualifications.</strong></p><p><strong>Shift/Hours/Location:</strong> M-F, 8am-5pm, Onsite, Moses Lake, WA</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON</strong></p><ul><li>Process documents and deliverables including, but not limited to transmittals, submittals, designs, drawings, calculations and other engineering data.</li><li>Store, sort, and organize engineering documents per written policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide routine document and data support to the engineering team while coordinating a variety of activities.</li><li>Ensure proper organization and storage of EHSS compliance documents per written policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain EHSS logs, records, files, and electronic databases.</li><li>Maintain department training records.</li><li>Ensure department training is up to date.</li><li>Schedule refresher trainings based on individual job requirements.</li><li>Uphold all MLI policies and “MLI Code of Conduct.”</li><li>Strict compliance with Environmental and Safety regulations.</li><li>Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required.  It is the employee’s commitment to ensure that the Company’s actual practices and procedures are exercised as directed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support and sustain a high performing team.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Excellent internal and external customer service skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to recognize and solve typical problems and select solutions from established options.</li><li>Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office software.</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.</li><li>Ability to work as a team and/or independently.</li><li>Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge and use of AUTODESK VAULT.</li></ul><p><strong>SALARY &amp; BENEFITS</strong></p><p><em>Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.
