This is a great opportunity to gain insight into financial reporting in the growing servicing and manufacturing industry. We offer room for growth, cross-department mobility, and company benefits.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> Primary Responsibilities - HIGH VOLUME  </strong></p><ul><li>Accurately enter check and ACH payments daily</li><li>Reconcile cash posted in the system with bank balances</li><li>Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Communicate with managers and customers via phone, email, and mail</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records and customer account information</li><li>Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies promptly</li><li>Prepare monthly and weekly AR reports for assigned entities</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely collections</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (required)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills</li><li>Fast and efficient data entry abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)</li><li>Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment</li><li>Experience with multi-entity accounting (preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><p>Full-time employees are eligible for a competitive compensation package, including:</p><ul><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Company-paid life and AD&amp;D insurance</li><li>Voluntary life and short-term disability insurance</li><li>Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong> Corporate Coverage Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
