Job DescriptionThe Analyst, Client Reporting (FA) will be part of the Brookfield Asset Management Credit and Insurance Solutions Advisor Group (Credit), focusing on Client Reporting and Finance &amp; Operations to support and enhance these functions. While reporting to the Director, Client Reporting, the role will be multi-faceted and gain exposure by working with leadership and various teams across the broader Credit and overall Brookfield organization.   Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Fund of Fund Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare quarterly and annual reports for Fund of Funds vehicles in accordance with U.S. GAAP</li><li>Prepare responses for adhoc investor inquiries and annual audit for the Fund of Funds in coordination with external auditors and fund administrators</li><li>Prepare and distribute quarterly capital activity notices and capital account statements for investors including Fund of Fund performance reporting</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Client Reporting:<ul><li>Monitor client reporting obligations across Credit clients to ensure deliverables comply with governing legal agreements</li><li>Prepare quarterly client reporting packages, including financial statements, distribution notices, and ad hoc investor inquiries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across deliverables</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Fund Servicing:<ul><li>Prepare data for monthly process of calculating and reviewing fund commitments and performance metrics to support portfolio monitoring and decision-making</li><li>Calculate monthly LP valuations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pricing and cost allocations</li><li>Prepare responses for ad hoc information requests from investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders, providing timely and well-supported analyses</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Leadership and Expertise Development:<ul><li>Develop strong understanding of key financial and operational areas and contribute ideas to streamline processes enabling internal efficiencies</li></ul></li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>University degree in Business or Finance</li><li>2 – 3 years of financial services‐related experience or asset management experience is preferred</li><li>Demonstrates self-leadership and works independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong Excel skills, can perform pivot tables, v-lookups with large amounts of data</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized and completes work accurately and efficiently</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with positive attitude and proactive approach to work that can work effectively</li></ul>Brookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe and respectful; our shared success depends on it.  Accordingly, we do not tolerate workplace discrimination, violence or harassment.Brookfield is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive organization.
