This full-time, first-shift position requires expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Welding skills are a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance and be capable of working independently and as part of a team.</p><h1></h1><h1>Key Responsibilities</h1><h2>Plumbing</h2><p>- Read blueprints and drawings to determine specifications for installations.</p><p>- Install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures.</p><p>- Determine water supply networks and drainage systems.</p><p>- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles.</p><p>- Inspect structures and test completed work.</p><p>- Maintain work logs and storage areas.</p><h2>Carpentry</h2><p>- Build, repair, and install counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, doors, and trim.</p><p>- Painting</p><p>- Interpret drawings and blueprints.</p><p>- Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings.</p><p>- Set up and break down cubicle partitions.</p><p>- Maintain organized storage and prepare materials.</p><h2>Electrical</h2><p>- Work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and layouts.</p><p>- Install and repair electrical equipment and components.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.</p><p>- Install power supply wiring and conduit for machinery.</p><p>- Diagnose and replace faulty components.</p><p>- Conduct building safety inspections and maintain safety systems.</p><h2>General Duties</h2><p>- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.</p><p>- Use various power and hand tools efficiently.</p><p>- May supervise others on major installations and repairs.</p><p>- Follow all department and plant SOPs and procedures.</p><p>- Other duties as assigned which also includes supporting Machine Maintenance.</p><h1></h1><h1>Required Qualifications</h1><p>- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance.</p><p>- Trade school certification</p><p>- Ability to drive a box truck with manual transmission.</p><p>- Strong computer skills.</p><p>- Electrical license (LLE) through the State of Tennessee for projects under $25,000.00</p><p>- Limited Licensed Plumber (LLP) license for projects under $25,000.00</p><p style="text-align:inherit;">  </p><p style="text-align:left;"><span>Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
