This role requires careful handling of sensitive components and the use of fine motor skills to complete complex assemblies in a timely and accurate manner. The assembler must follow standardized procedures and safety protocols while maintaining a consistent pace and high-quality output. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to craftsmanship are essential, as the work directly impacts the functionality and reliability of the final product.
