The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of program leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset approach to drive transformation and safeguard our IT ecosystem.  PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Leads the integration of IT Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution into program and project lifecycles, partnering with Business Continuity to ensure preparedness, testing, and recovery capabilities are aligned with business continuity objectives. </li><li>Provides leadership and oversight for IT Service Management (ITSM) practices across the program, including incident, problem management, change management, and configuration management, to drive service reliability and operational excellence. </li><li>Lead and oversee the end-to-end DSAR process, ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient responses to data subject requests in alignment with privacy regulations, while driving cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement. </li><li>Provides strategic oversight and tactical execution to ensure program success, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource alignment. </li><li>Interfaces with senior leadership for matters of operational and technical delivery. </li><li>Establishes enterprise-wide practices, processes, and tools to enhance information-sharing and collaboration </li><li>Prepares and reports program status on a periodic basis for senior and executive level management briefings. </li><li>Manages overall budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting across all projects within a given program. </li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. </li></ul> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field. </li><li>Experience working in a Project Management Office. </li><li>Project Management Institute (PMP) certification preferred. </li><li>7 years of experience in managing complex enterprise level and/or multi-departmental programs to completion. </li><li>7 years of experience with industry standard program and project management and service delivery methodologies for IT (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma, OCM, PMBOK or ITIL a plus). </li><li>Experience serving as the single manager and delivery interface of multiple concurrent projects at multiple geographic locations. </li><li>Experience and ability to plan and execute complex IT tasks and projects effectively with minimal direction and oversight. </li><li>Demonstrated expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing large scale Enterprise Level projects/operations. </li></ul> MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Experience managing or leading IT projects in Agile, Predictive, and Hybrid Methodologies.</li><li>Experience leading and developing project working groups.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience leading projects within a program having several interdependencies to other systems or projects.      </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of senior level IT professional experience such as Sr Software Developer, Sr Database Administrator, Business Analysis, or related role.  </li></ul>This position is a hybrid role.
