The Engineering Clerk provides administrative support to Engineering Department.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepares Project Instruction manuals and customer transmittals.   </li><li>Prints and distributes contract drawings to manufacturing. </li><li>Records information regarding completed job shipments, transmittals sent, etc... via Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Prepares panel uploads for Standard/Modified Standard projects.</li><li>Point person for the engineering plotter, responsible for ordering maintenance and paper supplies. </li><li>Serves as a back-up for the Administrative Assistant. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<div><div>Required Skills/Abilities:  </div><div><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Detailed oriented </li><li>Customer oriented </li><li>Self-motivated </li><li>Ability to multitask </li><li>Ability to thrive in a time-line driven environment </li></ul></div><div>The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $16.00 - $21.00 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position.
