POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the supervision and coordination of logistics/ distribution activities, to ensure material availability. Supervises the administration of documentation processes required to import and export merchandise and materials in compliance with federal, state, local or country specific regulations assuring regulations are met. Supervises packaging development and control processes. Legal representative for Customs and legal issues with government and Customs authorities.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Supervises daily operations for distribution, import/ export and order processing systems.
