In this role, you will execute, automate, and analyze verification testing for our aircraft's flight control system and related subsystems.</span></div><br><br><h3>How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: </h3><ul><li>Contribute to verification of the flight control system and integration with key subsystems, including inceptors, flight control computers, guidance/navigation/control algorithms, propulsion motors, batteries, and actuators </li><li>Execute tests across SiL/HiL, benches, and integrated system rigs, including configurations that combine the flight control computer, batteries, and electric propulsion </li><li>Author test cases, procedures, and scripts with clear pass/fail criteria; maintain traceability to system and software requirements </li><li>Collaborate with system architects and discipline engineers to refine test plans, review results, and resolve discrepancies </li><li>Drive repeatability and rigor in the labs by improving how we develop procedures, record results, and control hardware/software configurations </li><li>Plan and run test campaigns; produce concise reports, dashboards, and coverage summaries that communicate status and risk </li><li>Support the setup, maintenance, and organization of lab equipment; help ensure a safe, well-managed, and productive test environment </li><li>Build and maintain data acquisition and visualization pipelines to accelerate analysis and decision making </li><li>Automate test execution and regression suites; contribute to continuous integration and test infrastructure </li><li>Document lab tools, instruments, and user guidelines; provide onboarding and day-to-day support for lab users </li><li>Participate in issue triage and root-cause investigations; file and track defects to closure with engineering owners</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in verification and test for control systems, avionics, automotive, robotics, or other safety-critical domains (New graduates with strong relevant project or internship experience are encouraged to apply) </li><li>Hands-on experience executing tests in HiL/SiL or similar environments and working with integrated electromechanical systems </li><li>Strong skills in test development and planning: writing test cases/procedures, defining data collection and pass/fail logic, and generating reports</li><li>Working knowledge of requirements traceability, configuration management, and defect tracking </li><li>Proficiency with scripting and data analysis (e.g., Python; MATLAB/Simulink a plus) </li><li>Familiarity with aerospace and safety practices (e.g., ARP4754A/ARP4761, DO-178C/DO-254) or comparable safety-critical processes </li><li>Practical lab skills and a safety-first mindset; organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on hardware work </li><li>Clear communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li></ul><h3>Above and Beyond Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Experience with Polarion ALM for requirements and test management </li><li>Experience with dSPACE/Speedgoat HiL, NI/VeriStand/LabVIEW, or similar platforms </li><li>Exposure to flight test support, instrumentation, or post-flight data analysis </li><li>Experience with CAN, Ethernet, and common avionics/industrial interfaces; familiarity with DAQ hardware</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:18px;"><b>Build electric airplanes with us!</b></span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We encourage all driven candidates to apply, even if they do not meet every listed qualification.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We are an equal opportunity employer.
