At every step, you’ll play a huge role in shaping the future of a young and dynamic startup.As a Bioprocess Technician, you will support the day-to-day running of routine bioreactor production and R&amp;D activities in a pilot-scale manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role: you’ll prepare, clean and maintain process equipment, fluid transfer systems and production areas to ensure safe, consistent and efficient operation. Your attention to detail, reliability and collaborative mindset make you a vital part of our success.What you’ll do<ul style=""><li>Assemble and prepare fluid transfer systems (tubing, sterile connectors, single-use assemblies) and other related bioreactor components following established diagrams and SOPs.</li><li>Clean and maintain production equipment, vessels, work-areas and tools — ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.</li><li>Support CIP (Clean-in-Place) and sterilisation cycles for bioreactors, tanks and related systems.</li><li>Manage consumables stock and log usage.</li><li>Complete process documentation and logs.</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul style=""><li>No degree required; technical, vocational or on-the-job experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or process environments is preferred.</li><li>Comfortable working with pipes, hoses, valves, pumps and cleaning equipment.</li><li>Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams and SOPs accurately.</li><li>High attention to detail and strong commitment to cleanliness and safety.</li><li>Team-oriented, reliable with good communication skills.</li><li>Physically capable of performing cleaning, assembly and manual handling tasks.</li></ul>Bonus points for experience with<ul style=""><li>Familiarity with tools (e.g. power drills, belt sanders).</li><li>Clean environments such as laboratories.</li></ul>Why join us<ul style=""><li>We’re tackling real-world problems through cutting-edge bioreactor technology and sustainable solutions.
