About the job We are seeking an organised, social and detail-oriented Customer Offboarding &amp; Renewals Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (8-16 hours per week). In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth communication with customers within our Customer Onboarding department. What you will do: <ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding contract termination;</li><li>Assist in offboarding customers in line with company procedures;</li><li>Coordinate and follow up on the return of leased hardware;</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and equipment returns;</li><li>Support the Renewals team with administrative tasks and process improvements.</li></ul> Who are you: <ul><li>Able to commit for 8-16 hours per week (We can accommodate 20 hours/week if requested);</li><li>Currently enrolled in a University in the Netherlands;</li><li>Eager to learn and take initiative;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy;</li><li>Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul> Why you will love working here: <ul><li>Flexible contract to be able to combine work and studies;</li><li>Open culture where you can expect a lot of freedom, and taking ownership is appreciated.
