Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role ensures that project documentation is accurately managed, traceable, and compliant with established standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in deploying and maintaining digital records and document control systems in alignment with project requirements and organisational standards.</li><li>Support the execution of digitised administrative workflows, including the circulation, tracking, and uploading of project deliverables and communications.</li><li>Maintain project record platforms to ensure that all documentation is organised, accessible, and traceable by relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct QA/QC reviews of project documentation in collaboration with originators to verify adherence to naming conventions, version control, and sign-off protocols.</li><li>Understanding of document control systems and digital records management.</li><li>Familiarity with project documentation standards and workflows.</li><li>Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for document management.</li></ul>
