As a Principal Consultant, Asset Management Advisory, you will be at the core of delivering high-impact transport infrastructure solutions. You’ll work with a diverse range of stakeholders, managing and supporting multiple projects and infrastructure types with a high degree of variability in client needs. This role goes beyond technical expertise — it requires a strategic and practical mindset, financial oversight, and the ability to turn data into actionable insight. We are currently seeking a Principal Consultant, Asset Management Advisory to join our Wellington team, with a strong focus on tactical asset management and data-led decision making.How you’ll make a difference <ul><li>Develop and deliver Asset Management Plans (AMPs) with both tactical and strategic focus, supporting reporting, strategy, and practical application across infrastructure networks.</li><li>Analyse and model transport asset data to inform decision-making, investment planning, and the development of prioritised forward works programmes. </li><li>Provide Information Management advice and support to clients and stakeholders, including using systems such as RAMM(AWM), Maximo or similar. </li><li>Lead Operations &amp; Maintenance (O&amp;M) and Network Management initiatives, addressing risk, criticality, and delivering real-world, data-informed solutions.</li><li>Manage project financials and contracts, contribute to bids, proposals and development of methodologies/technical approach and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand challenges and drive outcomes.</li><li>Supporting the wider transport advisory team across transport planning and engineering tasks.</li></ul>
