Document and archive all testing records, findings, and lessons learned.</li><li>Collaborate frequently with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare weekly summary report of activities, projects, and priorities including needs and risks for achievement of objectives to established standards and timelines.</li><li>Support definition, planning, and execution of assigned projects.</li><li>Generate deliverables required for execution of projects/initiatives including but not limited to project schedules, resource plans, technical specifications, and budgets; specifications for, equipment and piping, documentation.</li><li>Process design &amp; detail engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, process optimization, sizing &amp; selection of equipment.</li><li>Assist in generation of Process documents such as H&amp;MB, process descriptions, P&amp;ID’s, PFD’s, process specifications, equipment specifications, cause &amp; effect diagrams, safe operating limits, shutdown philosophies, operational procedures, and functional narratives.</li><li>Work to incorporate safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements, and lean manufacturing principles into each project as it is defined and executed.</li><li>Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of projects to agreed-upon success criteria.</li><li>Track execution of projects to budget, quality, and schedule objectives, identifying and promptly and proactively escalating any concerns, risks, changes, or needs to project sponsor(s), stakeholders, and managers as needed.</li><li>Conduct effective meetings, design reviews and presentations with stakeholders and customers.</li><li>Participate in on-site, in-person PSSRs, JSAs, startups, kick-off meetings, and commissioning activities and other safety walkthroughs as required.</li><li>Support continuous improvement at the department and corporate level. </li><li>Perform necessary tasks and work hours needed to accomplish departmental and company goals.</li><li>Uphold all MLI policies and “MLI Code of Conduct.”</li><li>Strict compliance with Environmental and Safety regulations.</li><li>Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required.  It is the employee’s commitment to ensure that the Company’s actual practices and procedures are exercised as directed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support and sustain a high performing team.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">BS in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.        </li><li style="text-align:justify;">0-3+ years of experience in a production or process engineering role.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Excel, are required.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Advanced knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Ability to work cooperatively and supportively with a broad range of individuals with different levels of education and experience.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously with guidance on priority in order to meet established deadlines.</li><li>Respond positively and effectively to rapidly changing priorities and departmental needs.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead by example. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Maintain regular and punctual attendance.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Visio.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Experience with project management, including lean manufacturing principles.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Experience with controls systems (e.g., Delta V, Allen Bradley, etc.).</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Experience with statistical process control (SPC) is strongly desired.
