We fill around 3500 positions yearly – the direct impact we have on our business results is impressive!  As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on being a true business partner to our hiring managers across within our AMER Service Region in our Marine organisation. You’ll be responsible for understanding current and future hiring needs, translating these into proactive sourcing strategies and an efficient process for each role. You will be the single point of contact for our hiring managers from the start of recruitment to the candidate’s first day. This is a permanent position. Preferred locations are Gdańsk (Poland) or Moschato (Greece).
