As an On-Call Trainee, you can work up to 25 hours per week. The person who is selected for this role needs to be a full-time student studying for a degree in Finland. The location for this role is in Vaasa, Finland.  What you'll do: <ul><li>Talk with people and learn together: Engage directly with shopfloor operations and people to gain understanding of processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Understand the flows: Be a member of team when data collection pipelines and analytics are developed focus on understanding in at the grassroots level where data is produced together with shopfloor personal</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Team working: You can work alongside team members focusing on data close to machines (IIoT) or team members working closely with assembly and material flows</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Apply technical skills: Use tools such as Databricks and UiPath to process data, automate tasks, and develop solutions for production challenges</li></ul> What we're looking for: <ul><li>Interest in manufacturing processes and finding ways to solve traditional problems in new way using technology</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Basic understanding of data analytics, automation and data pipelines.
