Job Description:Based in Nextracker’s office in Madrid, Spain, the Logistics Implementation Senior Analyst will:<ul><li>Manage multiple projects/initiatives related to Logistics Ops implementation projects.</li><li>Assist with integrations and ad-hoc requests related to business operations.</li><li>Support logistics process improvements and SOP wording and revision.</li><li>Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.</li><li>Create KPIS, performance dashboards, reports, and drive root cause analysis.</li><li>Engage with cross-functional teams and/or carriers/vendors for implementation projects.</li><li>Provide educated judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations.</li><li>Support decision-making and strategic planning activities, serving as a key resource to senior decision-makers in the business.</li></ul> Basic Qualifications &amp; requirements<ul><li>5+ years of previous experience within implementation projects in logistics industry.</li><li>Knowledge in logistics processes improvement: TMS; track &amp; trace solutions, QR codes, etc.</li><li>Experience working with data (analysis, metrics, mining, root cause).</li><li>Advanced knowledge on MS - specially Excel+ Power BI+ Power Point.</li><li>Implementing SOP, End User Manuals, and internal instructions.</li><li>Proven independent decision-making skills in an often-ambiguous environment.</li><li>Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.</li><li>Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes.</li><li>Communication at all levels with the ability to present information professionally &amp; concisely with supporting data.</li><li>C1/C2 English level - Be able to communicate fluently in English.</li></ul> Other Required abilities/soft skills<ul><li>Capacity to work on multiple projects and meet various deadlines.</li><li>Aptitude for learning new/different processes within the company to better understand.</li><li>Strong desire for teamwork and working in group settings.</li><li>Attention to detail and a basic understanding of aesthetics is essential.</li><li>Capable and willing to solve logic-based problems independently and accurately.</li><li>Passionate and focused on delivering solutions to internal and external customers.</li></ul>At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
